PQASSO Quality Mark

In March 2010 Telford Race, Equality and Diversity Partnership became one of just eighteen organisations nationally to have achieved the PQASSO Quality Mark.  A great amount of energy and commitment from our staff team went into fulfilling the criteria set by the sceme's standards to achieve this quality kite mark.

PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations) is the most popular quality system in the third sector developed by the Charities Evaluation Services (CES).

Achieving the PQASSO Quality Mark at level 1 demonstrates our commitment to quality, delivering an effective service and promotong a culture of continuous improvement.
